However, if you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing product, you may raise a claim only with proper proof in the form of an unboxing video.
Important Conditions for Claim:
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.
The video must start from the moment you receive the sealed package, clearly showing the outer packaging and label, and must continue without any cuts or edits until the product is fully opened.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
The unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
