Refund policy

At Saar Beauty, all our products are carefully curated and many are custom-made. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, in case you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or if your order is lost in transit, we are happy to assist you—subject to the conditions mentioned below:

Important Conditions:
• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim.
• The video must be recorded from the very beginning, clearly showing the sealed outer packaging.
• The video should be continuous, unedited, and without any cuts.
• Claims will not be accepted if an unboxing video is not provided.
• The unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

If these conditions are met, our team will review the case and take appropriate action.
If approved we'll provide a replacement for the damaged product within 7-8 days (we'll deliver the product within 7-8 days)
